Schmiedeküche (“Smithy Kitchen”)

Our Schmiedeküche is a true extravaganza. It emerged from an old horse carriage which has had a long history in our family.
It had already served as a merchant stand on medieval markets, then it became a portable smithy with integrated forge and chimney, which is unfortunately no longer feasible due to the enormous expense of assembly and disassembly.

Now though, it comes to life again in form of a portable kitchen!
It has a fireplace, which can be covered with a stove plate, or may be left uncovered, depending on the undertaking. For the open-fire setting, there is a top part - a large turning spit, on which one can perfectly roast ox, lamb or pork.
On the stove plate one can superbly fry or cook.

We are greatly pleased to lease out this unique ensemble. It is suited especially well for rustic-style events as it excels by virtue of its looks alone. Therefore, everyone that has room and enjoys cooking will surely feel happy with our Schmiedeküche.
