Creation of badges

Creating a badge is a complex process.

Marika cuts forging dies manually. This technique requires very precise work as well as a very clear figurative idea about the result, although it will never completely equal the graphic model in the end.
Our badges are one of a kind. Each badge is embossed manually (with a strong hammer stroke) on a brazen circle. Therefore none looks like the other – some are rather oval than round, others are torn at the edge, giving a truly special appeal.

Of course we also emboss our forging dies on copper, silver or, according to your wishes, on gold as well.
